Formulation:

Wormal® Tablet is indicated for the removal of tapeworms, large round worms and cecal worms from chicken and turkeys.

Dosage:

  1. Regular Program: Give one(1) Wormal® Tablet every 2 months to your stags, cocks and brood stock. Eight weeks old birds can be given 1/2 tablet before letting them loose on the range.
  2. Heavy Infestation: Give one(1) Wormal® Tablet every month. (Tapeworms develop in the intestines 2 to 4 weeks after eating infected insects.)
  3. Conditioning Period (3 Suggested Programs)
    1. Regular Program: One (1) Wormal® tablet 30 days before the fight.
    2. Heavy Infestation: One Wormal® tablet 30 days before the fight and another tablet 15 days before the fight.
    3. Alternative Program: One (1) Wormal® tablet 6 weeks before the fight and another tablet 3 weeks before the fight.

Wormal® Lite is a dewormer indicated for the removal of tapeworms, large round worms and cecal worms from chicken and turkeys.This is used for conditioning fighting cocks, stags and molting season (Tag-Lugon).

Dosage:One (1) tablet per bird.

Wormal® Feed Premix Granules

Each 5 grams contains:

  • Phenothiazine1,838.25mg
  • Dibutyltin Dilaurate478.00mg
  • Piperazine275.75mg

Wormal Granules is intended for the removal of tapeworm (Raillietina cesticillus, Raillietina tetragona, Choanotaenia infundibulum, Davainea proglottina, Hymenolepis carioca, and Ameobotaenia cuneata), large roundworms (Ascaridia galli), and cecal worms (Hererakis gallinarum) from chickens.

DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
For 30-90 days old chick: Mix 5g of Wormal Granules in ½ Kg of feeds. Good for 40-50 heads.
(Para sa sisiw na may edad na 30-90 araw: Ihalo ang 5g Wormal Granules sa ½ Kg na feeds. Sapat para sa 40-50 pirasong sisiw.)
For 3-5 months old chick: Mix 10g of Wormal Granules in ½ Kg of feeds. Good for 25-35 heads.
(Para sa sisiw na may edad na 3-5 buwan: Ihalo ang 10g Wormal Feed Premix Granules sa ½ Kg na feeds. Sapat para sa 25-35 pirasong sisiw.)
Wet the feeds using ample amount of water so that the Wormal Granules will adhere to the feeds. Mix thoroughly the mixture before feeding.

For best result:
Skip feeding the chicks in the morning. Feed them in the afternoon using feeds and Wormal Granules mixture.
